To start receiving all the benefits the Creekside App has to offer, simply follow these steps:
- Download the app for your preferred mobile device by clicking the buttons below or searching for Creekside Pet Care Center in the Google Play or App stores. No mobile device? You can download the app on your laptop or PC!
- When you create your login, be sure to use the same e-mail address as the one on file with your Creekside account so that the app will sync properly, allowing you to view your pet’s information and receive reminders via the app.*
*Note: The first sync with our system will happen 1 day after you download the app, so you will see your pet(s)’ information in the app the following day.
- Participation is optional.
- There is no expiration date.
- Reward redemption will be applied at your next visit (cannot be used at same visit during which it was earned).
- All purchase stamps are non-retroactive.
- It is the client’s responsibility to request stamps be applied to card.
- Invoice must be paid in full at time of service to receive stamps.
- Stamps have no monetary value.
- In order for the stamps to sync on multiple devices, please use the same app login.
- Creekside reserves the right to discontinue or modify the program at any time.
- This program may not be combined with other discounts.
